Delivery Information

We currently offer delivery to addresses within England.

Standard Orders

Standard orders are usually prepared, dispatched and delivered within 3–7 working days from the date your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where this is available with the selected delivery service.

Custom Orders

Custom orders work differently from our standard delivery service. When placing a custom order, a future delivery or collection date will be agreed with you.

Custom orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance, although larger or more detailed orders may require additional notice.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.

Courier Delays

We do everything we can to prepare and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe. However, occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances affecting the courier service.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will help investigate the delivery.

Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided by the courier regarding attempted deliveries, collection points or redelivery.

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe your order has been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of any damage where applicable.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

Customer Information & Privacy

Any personal information provided when placing an order, including your name, delivery address, email address and contact details, will only be used where necessary to process, prepare and deliver your order, provide customer service, and meet any legal or accounting requirements.

We will not sell, share or use your delivery address or personal information for unrelated purposes.

Your information will only be shared with third parties where necessary to fulfil your order, such as our chosen delivery or courier provider.

We will not use your personal information for marketing purposes unless you have separately provided permission for us to do so.

Customer information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for order processing, record keeping and any applicable legal requirements.
