  • Products are handmade and may vary slightly in size or decoration

3. Nut-Free Environment

Nutlless operates as a nut-free bakery and takes extensive precautions to avoid nut contamination throughout our preparation and baking processes.

The ingredients we source are selected based on supplier information indicating they are nut-free and peanut-free. However, while we carefully review supplier allergen information, we cannot guarantee with absolute certainty that all ingredients have been produced in completely nut-free facilities or environments.

For this reason, although we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee that products are entirely free from trace allergens.

Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient and allergen information before purchase

4. Ordering

Orders can be placed through our website.

Once an order is placed:

  • Someone must be available to receive the order where required

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

7. Nationwide Shipping

We may introduce nationwide shipping services in the future.

  • Shipping areas, fees, and delivery times will be listed on our website

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered
